LP33.3 offer free standard delivery for customers within Australia


Destination

For Australian customers, all orders will be sent via Australia Post eParcel service 

  • Allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed
  • Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
  • Receive your items within 2-4 working days (metropolitan areas) after your order has been placed, unless stated otherwise
  • 3-5 working days (regional areas)  after your order has been placed, unless stated otherwise
  • LP33.3 orders require a signature upon delivery 
  • All delivery time frames are estimations, and may be shorter or longer depending on your location

For International customers, we ship world-wide and all orders will be shipped via Express Post service with a flat rate of $40 AUD

  • Allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed

  • Receive your items within 7-10 working days, unless stated otherwise
  • All delivery time frames are estimations and we cannot be held accountable for any delays if your parcel is subject to import and/or custom clearance procedures.

Made-to-Order Service

  • Please note that due to limited runs,  LP33.3 also offer a made-to-order service, which will take approximately 7-10 business days to ship from the day your order is received
  • In the case that a product is not readily available, this will be listed in the product page information, and customer service will notify you via email of intended delivery date

 

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with your tracking number and information on how to track your order. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your tracking information to become available

Taxes and Duties

International orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and import duties are included in the final price. Hence, your order will not be subject to any additional charges

 

Insurance

LP33.3 insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by LP33.3

Returns & Exchanges

LP33.3 has a 14 days return and exchange policy, any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. LP33.3 offer full refunds for all full priced items, including pre-orders, purchased online only. Please refer to our return and exchange guidelines below:

 

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

  •      All items must be returned in an unwashed, unused, unworn and unaltered condition with all swing tags intact, in their original packaging where possible, accompanied by the original invoice as proof of purchase 
  •     You must advise LP33.3 customer service within 7 days of receipt prior to returning your item
  •    Items will be checked and approved for a return once received. LP33.3 reserves the right to deny approval of customer returns if they do not meet our returns policy requirements
  •     Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your LP33.3 account
  •    Please note, SALE items can only be returned for an online store credit, and only if they meet the conditions of our returns policy.
  •    Online store credit notes are strictly valid for a six month period. All unused credit after this period will be forfeited   
  •    Please note, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges on LP33.3 notebooks or stationery
  •    We do not refund original shipping charges
  •    You are responsible for safely packaging your return so it is received undamaged during transit 
  •    We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
  •    Ship the return with a carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.  
  •    LP33.3 takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries

EXCHANGES

  • Purchased items are exchangeable only into a different size and colour
  • Refer to our Returns Policy as exchanges will only be accepted if the goods are in saleable condition, with all tags still intact, and the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability however we will endeavour to replace any unsuitable items to the best of our ability
  • Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at lp333.com


FAULTY GOODS

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately
  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty
  • Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on lp333.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All LP33.3 product has specific and particular care instructions which will ensure a prolonged life. These instructions can be found on the care label inside the garment. If you are unsure or require further assistance please do not hesitate to contact customer service at thelabel@lp333.com

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If a product is available for pre-order, it will be listed on the product information page along with the estimated delivery window. Please be advised that payment in full is required for online pre-orders and you will be kept updated in regards to delivery. All delivery dates are estimations and you will be notified if they are delayed

Payment

The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro cards.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to lp333.com
